	Bleeding
1	Clean area surrounding brake fluid reservoir.	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
2	Open brake fluid reservoir.
3	Connect filling unit to brake fluid reservoir.

		 When connecting the filling unit, ensure that the brake fluid reservoir is filled up to the Max marking.
		 Note operator's manual for filling unit.
		 Commercially available devices/tools Extraction bellows
		If the brake fluid level is below or above the Max marking:
		
		Add or drain brake fluid level to the Max marking.
4	Remove dust cap (2).
5	Fit hose of bleed bottle to bleed valve (3).	 Commercially available devices/tools Bleed bottle
6	Set pressure on filling unit to 2.0 bar.
7	Open bleed valve (3).
8	Bleed clutch actuation system.	 Leave bleed valve(3) open until clean brake fluid flows out free of bubbles.
9	Close bleed valve (3).	 Do not yet remove hose of bleed bottle and do not yet tighten bleed valve (3) to torque.
10	Bleed central clutch release bearing.	 This work procedure must be maintained at all times. Otherwise, there could be damage to the clutch operation system.
		 Aid of helper required.
		 To do so, fully operate clutch pedal, open bleed valve (3), allow brake fluid to pour out for 3 s, close bleed valve and release clutch pedal. Repeat process 10 times.
11	Detach hose of bleed bottle from bleed valve (3).	 Commercially available devices/tools Bleed bottle
12	Tighten bleed valve (3).	 Bleed screw to central clutch release bearing	*BA25.20-N-1001-01TS
13	Switch off filling unit.
14	Clean area surrounding bleed valve (3).	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
15	Remove filling unit from brake fluid reservoir.

16	Check fill level in brake fluid reservoir.

		If fill level is incorrect,

		correct fill level.
17	Seal off brake fluid reservoir.
	Check
18	Check function of clutch operation.
19	Check clutch operation for leak tightness.	 Visual inspection only.
