Switch off ignition

Open service flap at rear left and also engine compartment flap

Remove charge air pipe

Separate electrical connection to solenoid valve (1)

Separate electrical connection to glow plug (2)

Danger!

Unbolt fuel line at solenoid valve (3)

Detach flange from flame starting system (4)

Take flame starting system out of intake manifold

Install in the reverse order
