Take off protective grille of heating
pipe (1)

Take off cover plate of charge air pipe (2)

Remove bolts (3, 4) connecting charge air pipe to vehicle frame

Slacken clamps securing connection hose (5) between charge air pipe and connection of turbocharger (8)

Take out connection hose (5)

8

Slacken clamps attaching connection hose (6) between charge air pipe (7) and connection pipe of charge air cooler (9)

Take out connection hose (6)

Take out charge air pipe (7)

11

Install in the reverse order
