1 | Remove air intake hose (7) | ||
2 | Remove mixing chamber (6) | ||
3 | Detach fuel full-flow filter (70) at the intake module and place to the side with fuel lines connected | | |
4 | Detach vacuum line (11) at the retaining clamps at the intake manifold (1) | ||
5 | Detach vacuum hose (12) at charge pressure sensor (B28) | ||
6.1 | Remove oil separator | Engine 668 as of 1.9.00 | |
| Crankcase ventilation heated with coolant | Engine 668 as of 1.9.00 | |
7 | Detach oil filler neck (8) at the intake module (1) | | |
8 | Unscrew bolts (2) of heat shield | ||
9 | Unscrew torx bolts (4) at intake module (1) | Take off suspension eye (3). Pay attention to installation position of dipstick guide tube and various fixtures for wiring harnesses and lines which are attached together to the intake module | |

10 | Take intake module (1) off the cylinder head | Installation: Replace shaped rubber gaskets (5) (8 x) | |
11 | Swivel locking lever (10) at intake module (1) first of all to the side and then down (arrows), detach intake module (1) at air intake pipe (9) and take off | ||
12 | Install in the reverse order |
