Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contactwith fuel.

No fires, sparks, open flames or smoking. Pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers only.
Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Clean engine in the area of fuel filling valve (2) on fuel filter module (1).

Detach plug on fuel filling valve (2).

Connect plug coupling (3) of hose (4.1) from "Outlet" connector of filling unit (4) to fuel filling valve (2).

Clean area around the filler neck on fuel tank (5).

Open cap at fuel tank (5).

Insert hose (4.2) from "Inlet" connection of filling unit (4) into filler neck.

If a filter screen is installed in the filler neck, this must be removed.

Press on flap in filler neck and insert hose (4.2) into fuel tank (5) until suction opening of hose (4.2) is below the fuel level.

Attach filling unit (4) to a power supply and switch on filling unit (4).

Pay attention to manufacturer's operating instructions.

Observe pressure gauge (4.3) on filling unit (4).

The filling unit (4) switches off automatically after reaching the maximum filling pressure (4.0 bar) and then on again after a short time.

Cut out filling unit (4) after a waiting time of about 30 s.

Start engine within about 5 s at the engine start and engine stop button; allow to run in neutral.

If the engine does not run or does not achieve an increased engine speed, switch on the filling unit (4) and repeat the filling process.

Switch off engine.

Remove filling device (4) and hoses (4.1, 4.2).

Place plug on fuel filling valve (2).

Close cap on fuel tank (5).
