Tester

Chatter:

A significant audible buzzing noise during the injection process dependent on the version which made by the nozzle needle which is caused to vibrate. An easy to hear buzzing noise should be established for more rapid or slower actuation of the lever. Periods of no buzzing can occur for short time.

Spray pattern:

An injection jet with a high degree of atomization should be established also for slower actuation of the lever. There must be an unatomized solid jet in a chatterless range. The injection jet must be completely atomized for rapid actuation of the lever.
