	Removing
1	Open liftgate
2	Remove rear bumper		AR88.20-T-2200AA
3	Remove lower engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-T-1105AA
4	Remove bottom charge air pipe on left		AR09.41-T-1317-02AA
5.1	Remove the refrigerant compressor with the carrier	Only model 671.015/020/021/030/042 with Code (HKA)	AR83.55-T-5300AA
6	Drain oil	 Remove oil drain screw from oil pan and drain oil completely.
7	Remove oil filler pipe (2)	 Take off clamp (3).	AR18.00-T-0050AA
8	Detach dipstick guide tube (6) at oil pan (1)	 Pull dipstick slightly out of guide tube (6) and slacken clamp (5).
9	Separate electric cable (7) for oil level sensor
10	Detach vent line from oil separator (8)
11	Unscrew oil pan (1)
	Install
12	Clean sealing surfaces
13	Apply sealant to the edges of the timing case and of the front of the housing cover.	Sealant	*BR00.45-Z-1012-01A
14	Screw on oil pan (1)	 Pay attention to tightening procedure of oil pan bolts, replace gasket.	AR01.45-T-7500-01BB

15	Attach dipstick guide tube (6)
16	Install oil filler pipe	 Install clamp (3).	AR18.00-T-0050AA
17	Fit together electric cable (7) for oil level sensor
18	Attach vent line from oil separator (8)
19.1	Install refrigerant compressor with the carrier	Only model 671.015/020/021/030/042 with Code (HKA)	AR83.55-T-5300AA
20	Install bottom charge air pipe on left		AR09.41-T-1317-02AA
21	Screw in oil drain screw	 Clean oil drain screw, replace sealing ring.

22	Pour in engine oil through oil filler neck		*BF18.00-N-1001-01I
	Checking
 Danger!	Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A
23	Start engine and check engine oil pressure gage when engine idling	 The engine oil pressure indicator must indicate an oil pressure after 10 seconds Display oil pressure on engine oil pressure display.	*BE18.00-N-1001-01G
		 If engine does not start after 10 seconds, wait 30 seconds and repeat attempt at starting.
24	Run engine until warm and check for leaks
25	Switch off engine and wait about 5 minutes before inspecting oil level; top up engine oil if necessary		*BF18.00-N-1001-01I
26	Install rear bumper		AR88.20-T-2200AA
27	Install bottom engine paneling		AR61.20-T-1105AA
28	Close liftgate
