Danger!

Risk of explosion caused by fuel igniting, risk of poisoning caused by inhaling and swallowing fuel as well as risk of injury to eyes and skin caused by contact with fuel.

No fire, sparks, open flames or smoking.
Only pour fuels into suitable and appropriately marked containers.

Wear protective clothing when handling fuel.

Open cap on fuel filler neck and allow the overpressure to dissipate

Pinch off fuel feed line between fuel tank and fuel filter (5)

Unscrew banjo bolt (6) completely

Slacken bolts (2)

Unhook bracket (3) out of the rubber mounts (7)

Remove fuel filter (5) from the bracket (3)

Installation: The arrow on the housing of the fuel filter (5) points in the direction of flow.

Install the new fuel filter (5) in such a way that its housing overhangs the bracket (3) equally on both sides.

Unscrew screw fitting from fuel inlet on the fuel filter (5) and screw the new fuel filter (5) into the fuel inlet

Installation: Use new sealing rings.

Install in reverse order

Danger!

Risk of accident caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury caused by contusions and burns when working in engine during starting procedure

Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving.
Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes.
Do not grasp hot or rotating parts.
