Raise vehicle with lifting platform

Check tie rod joint (10a) of right and left tie rod (10).

Check tie rod joint (10a) for play by pulling and pushing vigorously, if there is play:

Replace track rod.

Check rubber boot (10b) of tie rod joints.

Check rubber boot (10b) for leaks and condition, if necessary:

Replace track rod.

Check left and right bellows (10c)

Do not check bellows by pressing in or around the beads as this damages the plastic resulting in leaks.

Check bellows for cracks, intrusions and chafing marks by turning the steering to left and right lock. If damage is present:

Replace bellows.
