4 Water tank cover

5 Electrical connector

6 Rubber mount

M6/1 Wiper motor

Remove/Install

Danger!

Risk of injury in the form of trapping or crushing, or even severing of limbs, if caught in windshield wiper mechanism

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Remove wiper arms

Remove paneling from center piece in front of windshield

Rotate clips (3) to left and right on water tank cover (4) by 90° and remove

Unclip water tank cover (4)

Disconnect electrical connector (5) from wiper motor (M6/1).

Unscrew bolts (2)

Remove wiper linkage (1) with wiper motor (M6/1) from rubber mount (6)

Always replace wiper motor (M6/1) and wiper linkage (1) together.

Install in the reverse order
