Wear protective gloves and safety glasses.

Disconnect electrical connections from rear window (1) and fasten with adhesive tape

Remove trim frame from rear window (1).

Remove rubber spacers

Remove interior lamp in rear

Detach headliner in area of rear window (1)

Remove rubber seal on rear window (1) at bottom inside

Cut out rear window (1) with Roll Out 2004 window removal tool

Remove rear window (1) from body with cup suction tools

 Observe gap

Remove protective foil from rubber spacers

Apply adhesive material

Install rear window (1) within 10 minutes, otherwise adhesive force of adhesive material starts to decrease.

Install rear window (1)

 Open a side window in the vehicle to prevent the rear window (1) from being pressed outward by air pressure when the door is closed

 Aid of helper required.

The waiting time (time before vehicle can be driven) is approx. 1 h calculated from the time the rear window (1) is installed.
