Remove/install

Danger!

Risk of injury to skin and eyes caused by scalding from contact with hot coolant spray. Risk of poisoning caused by swallowing coolant.

Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.

Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

Remove connector plug (13) on coolant temperature sensor

Remove connection piece (9)

Remove connection fitting (12)

Installation: Replace connector fitting (12).

Detach coolant hose (20) at coolant pump (4)

Collect coolant that flows out

Detach coolant line (16) at coolant pump (4)

Collect coolant that flows out

Installation: Replace sealing rings.

Remove coolant pump (4) and remove gasket (14)

Installation: Replace seal (14).
