1 Remove connection fitting (1) on the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump.
2 Remove internal pressure reducing valve piston (2) together with spring (3), the spring cup (4) and the ball (5).
In the case of jammed pressure reducing valve pistons (2) screw in a bolt, e.g. M470, in its inside thread and use this to pull out the pressure reducing valve piston (2).
The ball (5) is very small and can easily be overlooked. Ensure that it does not remain in the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump.
3 Remove (6) return line fitting on the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump.

4 Screw in screw plug (7) with new sealing ring on the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump.
Pay attention to tightening torque.
5 Attach external pneumatic pressure relief valve (8) to the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump.
Tighten down sleeve on hexagon (arrow).
Turn the external pneumatic pressure relief valve (8) in such a way that after installation of the AdBlue SCR (M26/1) pump the AdBlue® return line can be attached to the connection fitting.
Loosen the upper hexagonal nut and align external pneumatic pressure relief valve (8) if necessary and tighten down upper hexagonal nut.
Observe tightening torques.

6 Replace straight connection fitting on the air line (9) with an elbow fitting (11); extend air line (9) starting from the T-piece (10) if necessary.
The air line (9) must be routed tension and chafing free.
