Removing

Remove rear doors

Unscrew lower hinge on rear-end door.

Remove sealing seam behind the lower hinge connection (area A)

Investigate damage point for corrosion

When corrosion is advanced which has already extended between the door outer panel and door frame, the rear-end door must be replaced, otherwise proceed with operation step 4.

Eliminate corrosion

Weld outer panel and door frame to each other

Four weld seams each of 1 cm.

Prime the repair area

The basic/filler materials from the paint partners approved in the warranty systems should be used.

The processing guidelines and product notes should be complied with corresponding to the manufacturer's specification.
