Remove/install

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m).

Remove left or right front door sill trim.

Remove insulation (2).

Disconnect electrical connector (3).

Remove screw (4) and remove acceleration sensor (1) from B-pillar.

Install in the reverse order.

Check

7

Check Supplemental Restraint System (SRS) using vehicle diagnosis system.
