1 Air cushion
2 Expanding clip
3 Electrical connector
4 Retaining bolt
M27m4 Head restraint up/down motor
M28m4 Head restraint up/down motor
| Remove/install | ||
1 | Remove upholstery on backrest on left or right front seat | ||
2 | Disconnect electrical connector (3) on head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) | ||
3 | Remove spreader clips (2) on top at backrest frame | ||
4 | Unhook air cushion (1) on left and right of spring frame and fold forward | Carefully unhook tabs on left and right on air cushion (1). If damage is found, the air cushion (1) must be replaced. | |
5 | Remove safety clips at retaining bolts (4) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) | ||
6 | Remove head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) from cross strut on backrest frame | ||
7 | Install in the reverse order |
