Remove/install front seat headrest motor

Remove/install front seat headrest motor

1 Air cushion

2 Expanding clip

3 Electrical connector

4 Retaining bolt

M27m4 Head restraint up/down motor

M28m4 Head restraint up/down motor

Remove/install

Remove upholstery on backrest on left or right front seat

Disconnect electrical connector (3) on head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4)

Remove spreader clips (2) on top at backrest frame

Unhook air cushion (1) on left and right of spring frame and fold forward

Carefully unhook tabs on left and right on air cushion (1). If damage is found, the air cushion (1) must be replaced.

Remove safety clips at retaining bolts (4) of head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4)

Remove head restraint up/down motor (M27m4 or M28m4) from cross strut on backrest frame

7

Install in the reverse order
