Remove/install

Remove leg rest (2) from passenger seat.

Remove seat-back lining (3).

Remove passenger seat and place to one side on a clean surface.

Release massage insert pneumatic pump (8) and place to one side with connected lines.

Disconnect electrical connection (4).

Expose and disconnect electrical connector (5).

Remove both (10) from trim on both sides (11).

Pull respective side trim (11) slightly to one side and remove bolt (12).

 Screw, seat cushion frame to seat frame

Lift seat cushion frame (13) at front off seat frame base (14).

Remove all circumferential edge stripping (7) on seat cushion cover (1) from seat cushion frame (13) and expose.

Remove seat cushion cover (1) with seat cushion padding (6) from seat cushion frame (13).

 Observe assembly positions of electrical lines for electrical connectors (4, 5).

Remove seat cushion cover (1) from seat cushion padding (6).

If the seat cushion cover (1) or seat cushion padding (6) is replaced.

 The seat cushion cover (1) is fastened to the seat cushion padding (6) using ten circumferential clamps and three rings on the right side.

Install in the reverse order.



Check

Perform function test of all electrical functions on passenger seat.
