Remove/install cover on front seat cushion

Remove/install

Remove seat cushion (6).

Separate lower retaining clamps (2) and remove remaining pieces from seat cushion (6).

 Installation: Replace lower retaining clamps (2).

 Padding clip pliers

Detach seat cover (1) at side from seat cushion (6) until upper retaining clamps (3) are accessible.

Separate upper retaining clamps (3) and remove remaining pieces from seat cushion (6).


Remove the remaining pieces of the upper retaining clamps (3) carefully.
Otherwise the seat cushion (6) and the seat cover (1) will be damaged.

 Installation: Replace upper retaining clamps (3).

 Padding clip pliers

Remove seat cover (1) from seat cushion (6).

 Installation: Smooth out seat cover (1) to prevent creasing.

 Installation: Make sure that the seat cover (1) is seated correctly.

Remove seat cover (1) from seat cushion (6) and seat heater mat (5).

 Installation: Make sure that the seat cover (1) is seated correctly.

 The seat heater mat (5) is glued to the seat cushion (6).

If the seat cushion (6) or the seat heater mat (5) is damaged,



Replace seat cushion (6) and seat heater mat (5).

Install in the reverse order.
