Perform commissioning of Weight Sensing System (WSS) control unit (N110).

If the Weight Sensing System (WSS) control unit (N110) on the passenger side is replaced.



Remove left or right front seat (1).

Remove fire extinguisher.

Pull out strip clamp (11) of thigh rest (2) upwards.

Remove screws (9) of thigh rest (2) and release and disconnect electrical connector (10).

Remove thigh rest (2).

Remove trim (3) on inside and outside of seat frame.

Expose electrical lines on seat frame.

 Installation:
Pay attention to the routing and padding of the wiring harness and electrical connector.
To prevent noise development during vehicle operation.

Release and disconnect electrical connector (4).

 The number of electrical connectors (4) varies according to the vehicle equipment.

Detach rear strip clamp (5) of seat cushion cover.

 Installation: Make sure that the rear strip clamp (5) is seated correctly.

Detach attachment profile (6) of seat cushion cover from seat cushion frame (7) all the way round (arrows).

 Extraction hook

Remove seat cushion (8).

Install in the reverse order.
