 	Remove/install
1	Remove seat belt buckle from left or right front seat		AR91.40-P-1515R
2	Remove seat cushion		AR91.10-P-3310R
3	Detach left front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/1) or right front seat adjustment control unit with memory (N32/2)	 See:
		Remove/install seat adjustment control unit	AR91.29-P-0008R
4	Remove bolt from belt end fitting		*BA91.40-P-1001-01A
5	Detach electrical connector and pneumatic line from bracket (3)
6	Unclip electric wiring harness (2) from seat cushion frame (1)	Installation: Make sure that routing of the electric wiring harness (2) is correct.
7	Remove bolt (5) from left and right backrest fitting and pull out left and right backrest fitting threaded insert (6)	 Installation: Replace bolts (5).

8	Remove bolt (7) from left and right mounting plate and pull out left and right bearing plate threaded insert (8)		*BA91.10-P-1002-01A
9	Lift backrest frame out of seat cushion frame (1)
10	Install in the reverse order
