Remove

Remove head restraint guides from front passenger bench seat.

Remove front passenger bench seat.

Remove right seat belt buckle from front passenger bench seat.

Remove seat belt end fitting from seat frame (4).

Remove rear trim of seat belt guide.

Remove trim (1).

 Remove screws/bolts (2) for this.

Completely open zippers (5).

Remove seat backrest cover (3) from seat frame (4).

 To do so, unclip mounting rails (6).

Disconnect electrical connectors (7, 8).

Remove front passenger bench seat side airbag.

Model 907, 910 with code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag)

Remove seat backrest padding (9) with seat backrest cover (3).

Remove seat backrest cover (3) from seat backrest padding (9).

If the seat backrest cover (3), seat backrest padding (9) or heat mat is replaced.


Carefully open cushion clips (10).
Damage may occur otherwise.

 To do so, open cushion clips (10) of seat backrest cover (3) at seat backrest padding (9).

Remove cushion piece.

If the cushion piece or the seat frame (4) is replaced.



Install

Install heat mat on seat backrest padding (9).

If the seat backrest padding (9) or heat mat is replaced.

Model 907, 910 with code H15 (Seat heating for front passenger)

 Use new seat backrest padding (9) and heat mat.

Install cushion piece.

If the cushion piece or the seat frame (4) has been replaced.

Install seat backrest cover (3) on seat backrest padding (9).

If the seat backrest cover (3), seat backrest padding (9) or heat mat has been replaced.

 To do so, attach cushion clips (10) of seat backrest cover (3) on seat backrest padding (9).

 Ensure that seat backrest cover (3) is correctly seated on seat backrest padding (9).

 Replace upholstery staples (10).

Install seat backrest padding (9) with seat backrest cover (3).

 Ensure that the seat backrest padding (9) is correctly seated on the seat frame (4).

Install front passenger bench seat side airbag.

Model 907, 910 with code SH2 (Front passenger thorax/pelvis side airbag)

Connect electrical connectors (7, 8).

Attach seat backrest cover (3) at seat frame (4).

 To do so, clip in mounting rails (6).

Close zippers (5).

Install panel (1).

 To do so, tighten screws (2).

Install rear trim of seat belt guide.

Attach seat belt end fitting at seat frame (4).

Install right seat belt buckle of front passenger bench seat.
