| Remove/install | ||
1 | Move side window down. | ||
2 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmitter range (min. 2 m). | ||
3 | Remove door trim. | ||
4 | Remove grommets (1). | ||
5 | Release and disconnect electrical connector (2) from driver's door control unit (N69/1) or front passenger door control unit (N69/2). | The number of electrical connectors varies according to vehicle equipment. | |
6 | Release grommet (3) from opening. | ||
7 | Unscrew screw/bolts (4). | ||
8 | Remove driver's side outside mirror (M21/1) or front passenger side outside mirror (M21/2) from door and guide out wiring harness of outside mirror. | Installation: Use a pull-through device. | |
9 | Install in the reverse order. | ||
Calibrate | |||
10 | Calibrate all the cameras in the 360° camera system using the vehicle diagnosis system. | Model 118 | |
