Danger !

Risk of explosion due to escaping combustible gas or overheating of gas cylinders.Risk of injury caused by burns to skin and eyes. Risk of frostbite to body parts caused by escaping gas and by touching components near the valves when emptying gas cylinders. Risk of poisoning or suffocation caused by inhaling gas.

Remove any sources of ignition.
Protective clothing, safety gloves and safety glasses must always be worn.
Ensure that the work area is adequately ventilated.
When working on vehicles at ambient temperatures over 60 °C, all gas cylinders must be removed.

Remove/install

Close shutoff valve on gas cylinder

See owner's manual.

Remove drawer (1)

Installation: Reinstall drawer (1) only after checking for proper function and leakage.

Unscrew bolts (14) and remove cover (15)

Installation: Install cover (15) only after check for leakage and proper function.

Install cover (2) on kitchenette

Remove attachments (3)

Remove screws (4)

Remove covers (5)

Remove covers (6) from both gas burners

Unscrew nuts (7) from both gas burners

Remove rotary knobs (8)

Unscrew nuts (9)

Remove electrical connector (10) from gas control valves (11)

Hold fitting (17) and unscrew union nut (12)

Remove sealing cone (16) and union nut (12) from gas (13)

Removal: Observe assembly position of sealing cone (16).

Installation: Replace sealing cone (16).
Ensure that sealing cone (16) is seated correctly on gas line (13). The gas line (13) should protrude approx. 4 mm on the sealing cone (16).

Remove gas line (13) together with gas control valves (11)

The gas control lines (11) are a part of the gas line (13).

Install in the reverse order

Check

Check gas system for proper function and leakage
