Remove

Remove drawer from sink (1)

Remove wastewater hose (7) from siphon (5)

Determine distance between bottom of siphon (5) and kitchenette (3) and provide corresponding object, e.g. wooden block

 Object is required to install sink (1).

Set up cover (2)

Heat stove/sink unit (4) in area of sink (1) with commercially available heat gun for a period of approx. 2 minutes with approx. 500 °C

Cut adhesive seam between sink (1) and stove/sink unit (4) with suitable tool, e.g. scraper and remove sink (1)


Carefully detach sink (1).
Otherwise the sink (1) or the stove/sink unit (4) can be damaged.

Unscrew bolt (6) and remove siphon (5) from sink (1)

If sink (1) is replaced.



Clean

Clean bonding area on sink (1)

If sink (1) is replaced.

Cut adhesive residues from sink (1) back to approx. 1 mm and remove loose adhesive material

If sink (1) is not replaced.


Do not leave more than 1 mm. Pull off loose glue (residues not completely cut off).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Cut adhesive residues at bottom of stove/sink unit (4) back to approx. 1 mm and remove loose adhesive material


Do not leave more than 1 mm. Pull off loose glue (residues not completely cut off).
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

Install

Remove siphon (5) with bolt (6)

If sink (1) has been replaced.

Apply adhesive material to contact surface of sink (1)

Center sink (1) in cutout of stove/sink unit (4), position and fix in place with object, e.g. wooden block, provided before removal


Install sink (1) within 5 minutes.
Otherwise the adhesive effect may be impaired.


Observe curing time of adhesive material.
Otherwise adhesion problems can occur.

If excessive adhesive material escapes in visual area.



Immediately remove complete adhesive material

Install wastewater hose (7) in siphon (5)



Check

Check repair area of siphon (1) for leakage

If sink (1) is leaky in area of siphon (5).



Replace siphon (5)



Install

Install drawer below sink (1)
