Remove, install rear loading system for wheel chair

Remove/Install

Remove wheel chair from vehicle

Only required if wheel chair is present

Extend rear loading system (1) for wheel chair and remove wheel chair

Retract rear loading system (1) for wheel chair

Only required if wheel chair is present

Disconnect voltage supply connector (12) from trunk/cargo space 12 V socket

Avoid damaging voltage supply connector (2) and electrical lead by pinching when removing and installing rear loading system (1)

Release rear loading system (1) on both sides

Helper required.

By pressing release lever (3) down on left and right side

Installation: Ensure that rear loading system (1) arrests correctly and is seated properly.

Pull rear loading system (1) out of floor mount

Helper required.

Lift rear loading system (1) out of vehicle with control module (4)

When removing and installing ensure that the rear loading system (1) does not hit against the vehicle to prevent damaging the vehicle.

Helper required.

Install in the reverse order
