Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed rooms or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves.

Remove/install

Remove heater with bracket

Remove fuel hose (2) from heater

 Installation: Replace clamp if necessary.

Remove pipeline of exhaust system from heater

 Exhaust system is not removed completely.

 Clamp, exhaust pipe to heater

Remove cover (3)

 For this purpose, remove bolts (4). Cover (3) is not removed completely.

Remove cover (6)

 To do this, remove bolts (5).

 Installation: Replace seal (arrow).

Remove housing (7)

 To do this, remove screw/bolts (8).

Disconnect electrical connector (9)

Remove flame monitor (10) from combustion air blower (1)

 Electrical lines are not removed.

Remove combustion air blower (1)

 To do so, remove electrical lines of combustion air blower (1) from electrical connector (9).

 Installation: Make sure that slots are correctly assigned in electrical connector (9). Install new seal (11).
