7 | Undo and detach hose clamp for coolant hose (4) on heater outlet | Place a suitable receptacle underneath. | |
8 | Remove cable tie and take off chafe protection (6) | ||
9 | Release hose clamp for coolant hose (4) at heater feed line coolant hose (5) and disconnect | Place a suitable receptacle underneath. | |

10 | Cut new coolant hose (2), heater inlet at rear heater coolant hose (3), to length | Picture A. 600 mm (without arc). | |
11 | Cut new coolant hose (4), heater outlet at heater feed line coolant hose (5), to length | Picture A. 620 mm plus 180° arc. | |
12 | Guide insulating pipe, heat protection and hose clamps over new coolant hoses | Picture A. Fasten in position using cable ties. | |
13 | Insert coolant hose (2) between heater inlet and rear heater coolant hose (3), screw hose clamps tight | ||
14 | Insert coolant hose (4) between heater outlet and heater feed line coolant hose (5), screw hose clamps tight | ||
15 | Fasten chafe protection (6) with cable tie | ||
16 | Fix coolant hose (2, 4) in place | Use cable ties. | |
The coolant hoses must be routed and fixed in place in such a way to prevent damage and vibration noises. | |||
