Remove front roof frame paneling

Detach left A-pillar paneling

Do not damage parts

Remove footwell cover on driver side

Detach antenna cable plug (5) on receiver (2)

The receiver (2) is located on the driver side under the instrument panel.

Remove fastening points for antenna cable along crossmember under the instrument panel

Release fastening points for antenna cable on roof frame and along the left A-pillar and remove antenna cable

Remove Telestart antenna (1) from windshield

Clean

Clean windshield

Remove adhesive residue from older Telestart antenna (1).

The sealing surfaces must be free of dust and grease.

Install

Glue Telestart antenna (1) onto windshield

See fig. A.

Top center on windshield level with inside rearview mirror (arrow).

The sealing surfaces must be free of dust and grease.

Route antenna line along roof frame, left A-pillar and crossmember under the instrument panel and fasten in place

Pass antenna line through between A-pillar and instrument panel.

Route and fasten lead to prevent damage and vibration noises

Connect antenna cable plug (5) to receiver (2)

Driver side under instrument panel.

Make sure that plug (3) of Telestart receiver wiring harness (4) is correctly connected to receiver (2).

Tie back excess cable length and fasten onto crossmember under the instrument panel

Install footwell cover on driver's side

Clip in left A-pillar paneling

Do not damage parts

Install front roof frame paneling

Teach in Telestart receiver again
