5 | Unscrew bolts (6) from front roof frame paneling (1). | ||
6 | Unclip clip (7) from front roof frame paneling | Applies only to model 450.4 Position suitable plastic wedge between front roof frame paneling (1) and bearer mount and unclip clips (7). | |
7 | Remove front roof frame paneling (1) | Installation: On vehicles with code (V25) infrared remote control (FFO) install assembly opening for infrared remote control receiver (9) when replacing front roof frame paneling (1): | |
Drill dia. 6 mm hole (arrow) for infrared remote control receiver (9) into front roof frame paneling (1). The installation position is marked with "IR". | |||
8 | Disconnect electrical connector (8) from infrared remote control receiver (9) | On vehicles with code (V25) infrared remote control (FFO). | |
9 | Press infrared remote control receiver (9) out of front roof frame paneling (1) (arrow) and remove | On vehicles with code (V25) infrared remote control (FFO). The infrared remote control receiver (9) is glued to the front roof frame paneling (1). | |
Installation: If a new infrared remote control receiver (9) is not installed, fasten with suitable glue. | |||
