Do not operate stationary heater, auxiliary heater or engine with heater booster in closed areas or when refueling. Allow heater unit to cool down after operation and wear protective gloves.

Detach cover (6)

Remove cover (2) on combustion air blower (4)

Remove cover (1) on jacket housing (9)

Remove bracket (13)

Pull out temperature/overheating sensor

(11, 12)

Remove combustion air blower (4) from jacket housing (9)

Remove cover plate (10) and

clean sealing surface

Installation: replace gasket (10)

Remove combustor with downpipe (5) from heat exchanger (8)

Take off sealing ring (7)

Installation : Replace seal (7)

Withdraw heat exchanger (8) from jacket housing

Installation: Align groove in the heat exchanger to the bridge in the jacket housing.

Install in the reverse order

14

Check auxiliary heater/heater booster for proper operation
