| When working on the refrigerant circuit, seal all openings with suitable caps in order to prevent unnecessary penetration by air humidity and dirt. All sealing rings must be replaced and moistened with compressor oil. | ||
| Installation: Check for correct positioning of tubing harness of rear air conditioning and air conditioning. | ||

7 | Unscrew screw/bolt for dual hose clamp (11) of front tubing harness of rear air conditioning (3, 4) on bracket (12) | | |
8 | Unscrew bolt for dual hose clamp (13) of front tubing harness of rear air conditioning (3, 4) on bracket | | |
9 | Unscrew bolt for hose clamps (14, 15) of front tubing harness of rear air conditioning (3, 4) on bracket (16) | | |

14 | Unscrew bolt (29) for high pressure line of air conditioning (25) and front high pressure line of rear air conditioning (3) on refrigerant compressor (30) | Installation: Observe installation position of plate (44), front high pressure line of rear air conditioning (3), adapter (45) and high pressure line of air conditioning (25). | |

24 | Unscrew nuts (40, 41) for rear tubing harness of rear air conditioning (5, 6) on rear air conditioner housing (42) | | |
25 | Pull rear high pressure line of rear air conditioning (5) and rear suction line of rear air conditioning (6) out of rear air conditioner housing (42) | ||
26 | Pull rubber grommet (43) out of body | Installation: Seal rubber grommet (43). | |
27 | Remove rubber grommet (43) of rear high pressure line of rear air conditioning (5) and rear suction line of rear air conditioning (6) | ||
28 | Pull rear tubing harness of rear air conditioning (5, 6) out of opening in the body | ||
29 | Pull rear tubing harness of rear air conditioning (5, 6) to rear | ||
30 | Replace fluid reservoir (33) | The fluid reservoir must be replaced every time you open up the air conditioning. | |
Observe oil refill quantity when replacing refrigerant lines. | |||
