1 | Drain air conditioning system | Installation: Evacuate, refill and check air conditioner for proper operation and leaks. | |
2 | Remove roof air conditioning cover | Installation: Fit cover of roof air conditioning only after filling and checking the air conditioning. | |
3 | Remove screws/bolts (3) | ||
4 | Pull left cover (2) to outside, remove from cutouts (4.1) on air conditioner housing (4) and remove | Installation: Insert retaining tabs (2.1) on left cover (2) into cutouts (4.1) of air conditioner housing (4). | |
5 | Unscrew threaded connection (9) and remove refrigerant line (10) from condenser (1) | Installation: Mount refrigerant line (10) with new sealing ring (12). Coat sealing ring (12) with compressor oil. | |

6 | Seal off opening of refrigerant line (10) and condenser (1) using stop plugs. | Set of stop plugs | |
7 | Unscrew threaded connection (7) | ||
8 | Remove rivets (5) from air conditioner housing (4) | Carefully drill out rivets (5) on air conditioner housing (4). Otherwise the condenser (1) or the air conditioner housing (4) may be damaged and it will need to be replaced. | |
9 | Pull condenser (1) forward and remove from air conditioner housing (4) | Installation: Equip refrigerant line (6) with new sealing ring (12) and position on accumulator (8). | |

10 | Seal opening on refrigerant line (6) using stop plug | Set of stop plugs | |
11 | Replace fluid reservoir (8) | After completing the work at the open refrigerant circuit, the accumulator (8) must be replaced. | |
