Remove/install

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Remove brake fluid reservoir (6) from holder and place to one side with connected lines.

 Do not open cap and do not disconnect electrical connector from brake fluid reservoir (6).

Remove screw (5).


When loosening and tightening the screw (5), counterhold the refrigerant line (3) in the area of the cable flange using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 3) could be damaged.

Remove refrigerant line (1) from refrigerant line (3).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Remove screw (8).

Remove refrigerant line (1) from refrigerant line (9).

Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and coat with compressor oil.

Unscrew bolt (4).


When loosening and tightening the screw (4), counterhold connecting flange (2) using a suitable tool.
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 7) could be damaged.

Remove refrigerant line (1) from connecting flange (2) and remove.


