Evacuate air conditioning system

 Evacuate air conditioning system only when engine is cold.

 Temperature changes during the subsequent pressure test (e.g. through change in weather or cooling down of the engine compartment overnight) can cause pressure surges.
Consistent ambient conditions must therefore be strictly ensured.

Fill air conditioning with forming gas and check pressure drop


