Remove/install

Empty refrigerant circuit.

Remove nut (2).

 Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve

Detach refrigerant line (1).



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Seal opening in expansion valve (3).

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and moisten with compressor oil.

Unscrew bolt (4).

 Bolt, refrigerant line to refrigerant compressor

Remove screw (5).


When loosening and tightening the screw (5), counterhold the connecting flange (6).
Otherwise, the refrigerant lines (1, 7) could be damaged.

Detach refrigerant line (1) from refrigerant line (7) and from refrigerant compressor.



Compressor oils (specification 362.1)

 Seal openings in refrigerant line (7) and in refrigerant compressor.

 Installation: Replace sealing ring and moisten with compressor oil.

Remove refrigerant line (1).


Remove and insert the refrigerant line (1) carefully.
Otherwise, the refrigerant line (1) or adjacent components could be damaged.

Install in the reverse order.
