Remove/install

Remove air conditioner housing (A32).

Remove holder (1) and remove seal (2) from coolant lines (3).

Disconnect electrical connector (4) from left air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/8) and place electrical wiring harness to one side.

Disconnect electrical connector (4) from rear air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/10) and place electrical wiring harness to one side.

Remove bolts (5) and actuator unit with rear air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/10).

Remove bolts (6) and remove left air mixing flap actuator motor (M2/8).

Unscrew screws (7).

Release retaining tabs (8) and remove heat exchanger (9).

Release retaining clamps (10) and remove coolant lines (3) from heat exchanger (9).

 Installation: Replace sealing rings and retaining clips (10).

Install in the reverse order.
