A2/31 Rear bumper Keyless Go antenna

Remove/install

Switch off the ignition and remove the transmitter key from the EIS control unit

Press Keyless Go start/stop button repeatedly until ignition is switched off.

Remove the Keyless Go transmitter card or transmitter key from the vehicle and store beyond the reach of the transmitter

(min. 2 m).

Remove rear bumper

Remove left side paneling in trunk

Disconnect electrical connector (1) from Keyless Go control unit (N69/5)

Pull antenna line for rear bumper Keyless Go antenna (A2/31) together with rubber grommet (2) out of sidewall

Installation: Ensure rubber grommet (2) is seated correctly.

Expose antenna line for rear bumper Keyless Go antenna (A2/31) at rear panel

Installation: Install new tie straps.

Detach rear bumper Keyless Go antenna (A2/31)

Install in the reverse order
