Injury hazard Windshield wiper mechanism can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases, even sever extremities

Always remove ignition key when working on windshield wiper mechanism.

Withdraw ignition key

Remove wiper arms

Remove air inlet

Open cover on control module box

Disconnect wiper motor connector (B) from multi-function control module (N10- 3)

 Removal: Unlock wiper motor connector (B) before disconnecting (arrow).

Pull rubber grommet (1) out of control module box (2)

 Installation: Ensure that rubber grommet (1) is seated properly.

Pull rubber grommet (3) out of water collector (4)

 Installation: Ensure that rubber grommet (3) is seated properly.

Remove water drain (5)

Unscrew screw (6)

Unscrew nuts (7, 8)

Remove wiper system (9)

 Limited space , do not damage windshield.

Install in opposite order
