Remove washer fluid reservoir for windshield washer system until left headlamp control unit (E1n9) is accessible and secure washer fluid reservoir for windshield washer system against falling down.

Unscrew screws from left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9).

Remove left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9) until the electrical connectors are accessible.

 Installation: Ensure gasket is correctly installed.

Release and disconnect electrical connectors.

Install in the reverse order.

Commission left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or right headlamp control unit (E2n9).

When replacing the left headlamp control unit (E1n9) or the right headlamp control unit (E2n9).


