Removal, installation

Remove headlamp unit

Remove bulbs in lamp unit

Remove lens from lamp unit

Unscrew adjustment screws (39) for headlamp adjustment

Press ball head for pneumatic headlamp range adjustment out of reflector

For this purpose remove housing cover

Pull front reflector (34) out toward front

Do not touch inside of reflector

Remove headlamp reflector (35) from guides (arrow) in housing (36)

Do not touch inside of reflector

Reinstall in opposite order

9

Check headlamp adjustment, adjust correctly
