Remove/install

1

Carry out commissioning of the KEYLESS-GO control unit (N69/5).

When replacing KEYLESS-GO control unit (N695).



Remove side trim in trunk and/or load compartment RH.

Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2  m).

Unscrew nuts (1), remove bracket (2) and place to one side with connected electric lines.

Remove screw (3), remove rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) from bracket (6) and place to one side with connected electric lines.

Unscrew nuts (5) and remove bracket (6) with control units.

Detach electrical connector (7).

Release KEYLESS-GO control unit (N69/5) (arrows) and remove.

Install in the reverse order.
