1 Cut off glue residues in roof cutout with cutting blade

(124 589 21 63 00).

2 Clean painted adhesive surfaces on roof cutout with cleaner from repair kit and dry with clean, lent-free rag.

3 If glue residues in roof cutout are damaged or missing, apply primer in gluing area with felt brush.

4 Coat paint damage on roof cutout which is not covered by glue with primer.

If more than 24 hours have passed since cutting through the bead of glue also apply primer to glue residues on roof cutout.

To avoid poor adhesion when installing glass panel ensure that the adhesive surfaces on the roof cutout are free of dust, oil, grease, wax and other anti-adhesive constituents or contamination residues.

Leave a maximum of 2 mm of glue residue. Pull off loose glue (residues not completely cut off).

Allow primer to air-dry for at least 5 minutes.
