1 | Remove paneling from rear center section | ||
2 | Remove reinforcement (2). | | |
3 | Disconnect electrical connector on tubular frame "open" limit switch (S119) | ||
4 | Unclip retaining clips (3). | ||
5 | Remove pin (4) with suitable punch. | ||
6 | Remove trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) together with tubular frame "open" limit switch (S119) | ||
7 | Unclip tubular frame open limit switch (S119) from trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) | ||
8 | Expose hydraulic lines No. 92 and 32 on trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) to RVC hydraulic unit | Do not kink hydraulic lines No. 92 and 32 to prevent damaging them. | |
Installation: Install new cable straps. | |||
9 | Remove hydraulic lines No. 92 and 32 from RVC hydraulic unit | ||
10 | Remove trunk lid actuation hydraulic cylinder (1) from trunk | ||
11 | Install in the reverse order |
