1 | Completely open sliding roof lining (2) | ||
2 | Open tilting/sliding roof cover (4) approx. 20 cm | ||
3 | Unclip covering (3) in center and on side with mounting wedge (6), move covering (3) out of rubber bellows (5) | | |
Installation: Position covering (3) in center and clip in. Arrest catch hooks for covering (3) in center and into both rubber bellows (5) | |||
4 | Completely close tilting/sliding roof cover (4) and then move tilting/sliding roof (4) to pop-up position | ||
5 | Remove left and right rubber bellows (5) from tilting/sliding roof cover (4) | Carefully pull rubber bellows (5) up and down to prevent damage | |
Observe installation position of rubber bellows (5) | |||
6 | Unclip water drain channel (1) from left and right brackets on pop-up bracket (8) with long wedge (7) | | |
7 | Slide water drain channel (1) on passenger side in between sliding sunroof lining (2) and roof paneling, pull out on driver's side and remove. | ||
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Perform teach-in run for tilting/sliding roof obstruction sensor | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | ||
