1 | Completely open sliding roof lining (2) | ||
2 | Open tilting/sliding roof cover (1) approx. 20 cm | ||
3 | Unclip cover (3) in center and at side with mounting wedge (6), move covering (3) out of rubber bellows (4) and remove | | |
Installation: Left and right catch hooks on covering (3) should arrest in rubber bellows (4). | |||
4 | Move tilting/sliding roof cover (1) to pop-up position | ||
5 | Remove left and right rubber bellows (4) from tilting/sliding roof cover (1) | Carefully pull rubber bellows (4) up and down to prevent damage | |
Observe installation position of rubber bellows (4) | |||
6 | Unscrew bolts (5) on left and right mount on tilting/sliding roof cover (1) | Installation: Adjust tilting/sliding roof cover (1). Refer to: | |
Align tilting/sliding roof cover. | |||
7 | Remove tilting/sliding roof cover (1) | Carefully remove tilting/sliding roof cover (1). Danger of damaging paint on vehicle roof. | |
8 | Install in the reverse order | ||
9 | Perform teach-in run for tilting/sliding roof obstruction sensor. | ||
| Connect STAR DIAGNOSIS and read out fault memory | ||
