Remove/install

Use emergency key to set rotary switch on sliding door to "MAN" position.

with code T55 (Electric operation of sliding door on right)
Model 907.6/7
with code T56 (Electric operation of sliding door on left)

 This deactivates the sliding door electric drive.

Full open relevant sliding door.

Remove trim from C-pillar.

Remove screws (6) and remove cover (5).

Remove screws (2) and remove mounting plate (3).

 Observe alignment of mounting plate (3) relative to C-pillar (4) (arrows).

 Bolt, closing assist motor to C-pillar

Remove closing assist motor with lock striker (1) from C-pillar (4) until electrical connector (7) is accessible.

Disconnect electrical connector (7) and remove closing assist motor with lock striker (1).

Install in the reverse order



Check

Check opening and closing function of sliding door.
