1 | Remove trim (1) | Remove left paneling (1) | |
Remove right paneling (1) | |||
2 | Unscrew nuts (8) | When removing front door on passenger side. | |
3 | Remove insulation (9) | Installation: Ensure that insulation (9) is seated correctly. | |
4 | Remove fuse and relay module, passenger footwell (K40/12) lay down to side | When removing front door on passenger side. | |
5 | Separate electrical connections (6) | The number of electrical connectors (6) can vary depending on the equipment installed. | |
6 | Remove grommet (5) from A-pillar | ||
7 | Unscrew bolts (2) from door holder (3) | Bolt of door holder to door | |
8 | Loosen clamping screws (4) | ||
9 | Remove front door from hinges | | |
Helper required. | |||
Guide electrical wiring harness (7) through opening in A-pillar. | |||
10 | Install in the reverse order | ||
11 | Adjust front door |
