| Remove/install | ||
1 | Move the side window of the front door upwards completely | ||
2 | Remove adhesive foil from inner door panel of front door | ||
3 | Remove the outside door handle on front door | ||
4 | Loosen screw/bolt (3) | Do not unscrew the screw/bolt (3). | |
Bolt, hinge strap to front door | |||
5 | Remove screws (4) | Screw/bolt, door lock to front door | |
6 | Pull the door lock (1) with the bearing bracket (2) out of the front door until the electrical connector (7) can be accessed | ||
7 | Disconnect electrical connector (7) | ||
8 | Pull the door lock (1) with the bearing bracket (2), release linkage (5) and cable (6) out of the front door | ||
9 | Install in the reverse order |
