Weld in outer sliding door entry

Install outer sliding door entrance (1), fit and fix in place.

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) to inner sliding door entrance   (arrows ).

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) at front and rear to inner sliding door entrance   (arrows ).

Weld outer sliding door entrance (1) to side wall paneling (2) and B-pillar (3)   (A).

 Complete inert gas welds at intervals holding a steel or copper block from outside, allow to cool down in between.
Otherwise heat distortion can occur.

Grind inert gas welds down flat.

Restore surface and smooth.

Remove grinding dust.
